WVHCA: Annual Convention and Trade Show (West Virginia)

Aric Martin Rolf Goffman Martin Lang LLPAric Martin will present at the West Virginia Health Care Association Annual Convention and Trade Show on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 3:00 to 4:15 pm. Aric will conduct a session entitled Practical Strategies for Compliance Programs.

In November 2019, surveyors will begin reviewing and enforcing Phase 3 of the new Requirements of Participation related to compliance and ethics programs. Aric will identify the requisite elements of a compliance program that will meet survey requirements, outline the skills and responsibilities of an effective compliance officer, and review practical strategies, preventative compliance, and risk mitigation.
