Kally Goodwin-Ratzloff
Kally Goodwin-Ratzloff is a partner with ROLF. She focuses her practice on regulatory issues for long-term care, post-acute and senior living providers. Her experience includes survey and enforcement appeals; counseling clients in compliance matters; defending clients undergoing federal and state investigations involving such issues as Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Stark Law allegations; investigating and responding to HIPAA data breaches and security incidents; and advising clients on fair housing laws.
Prior to attending law school, Kally worked for a licensed assisted living provider in Michigan.
Kally has been with ROLF since 2021.
