Jacqueline Anderson is a partner with Rolf Martin Lang LLP and represents post-acute and long-term care providers in regulatory, compliance, transactional, and litigation matters. She also serves as outside general counsel to health care organizations, advising on operational, regulatory, compliance, and business issues affecting long-term care providers.
Jacqueline advises providers on governmental investigations, fraud and abuse, reimbursement, HIPAA, contracting, licensure and certification, and other regulatory issues affecting post-acute and long-term care operations. Her compliance work includes compliance program development, internal investigations, compliance audits, repayment and refund obligations, and responses to governmental subpoenas, audits, and enforcement inquiries.
Jacqueline is also regularly involved in contract negotiation and project management across a range of health care matters. She works with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to negotiate agreements, coordinate strategy, manage moving parts, and drive matters toward resolution.
In addition to her regulatory and compliance work, Jacqueline works on health care transactions and litigation matters, where her regulatory background and practical understanding of provider operations help organizations assess risk, navigate disputes, and achieve business objectives.
Jacqueline joined the firm in 2009.
