Mr. Lang’s practice is concentrated in all aspects of transactional law. He also has experience addressing legislative, administrative and regulatory issues affecting health care providers.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lang reviewed and drafted various pieces of legislation as an employee of the Ohio Legislative Services Commission. He also worked for a statewide trade association dedicated to representing the interests of long-term care providers.
